I approach everything heart forward.

I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation and am proud about the work I’ve done to bring specialized care to later-in-life real estate decisions. But no matter where you are in life, or what your goals are, I will approach everything with integrity and compassion and at the right pace your needs.

I have a sharp understanding of the business side of real estate.

I have a lifetime in construction and real estate, including specialized experience around properties held for investment, mixed-use buildings, as well as short-term and long-term rentals. I bring a rich body of knowledge to the work that I do, including a hands-on approach to the mechanics of buildings. And, if I don’t know the answer, I know someone who does.

What I do.

  • I provide general consulting services for those interested in learning how to approach real estate decisions. I particularly enjoy working with those brand new to real estate and those considering exploring real estate for investment.

  • I offer the support needed before those important decisions are made. Change-of-space transitions are complex and often require aligning family members, navigating sensitive dynamics, or simply creating space for thoughtful decision-making,

  • For those exploring real estate as an investment, the decisions can be emotional, but more often simply mathematical.
